This weekend has seen Ryan Fraser linked with a move to Everton. The Sun reports that the Toffees have the Scottish international in their sights after his impressive form this season with Bournemouth.
The report claims he could be a £15 million target for Everton. He is certainly the sort of player that would interest both Everton manager Marco Silva and director of football Marcel Brands.
Everton even had an opportunity to look at Fraser this weekend.
Everton defeated Bournemouth 2-0 at Goodison Park in what was a scrappy affair. In the end, goals from Kurt Zouma and Dominic Calvert-Lewin provided the Toffees with all three points.
Fraser started from the left-hand side and based on this display Everton would be right to consider a move.
It was not a sensational performance but he gave Seamus Coleman hell at times during the first-half. He showed great energy, had some great touches around the box and looked dangerous when delivering on his right-foot. Fraser also set up Josh King for a great chance, swung in the cross that Steve Cook headed agonisingly off the top of Jordan Pickford’s crossbar and was inches away from beating the Everton goalie to a through ball.
It was an impressive display that will surely have Everton considering a transfer approach even more.
