Everton transfer news: Tosun convincing, Schneiderlin backed and Holgate done

Fanatik are reporting that Cenk Tosun is wanted by Fenerbahce in January. The Turkish international is struggling to find form at Everton and is currently out of favour with Marco Silva.
The report claims that the Istanbul club are hopeful of securing the player, despite his previous allegiance to Besiktas.
However, he is believed to want to avoid a return to Turkey if he does leave Everton next month.

Morgan faith
Morgan Schneiderlin will not be sold by Everton in January. Marco Silva has confirmed to the Liverpool Echo that he wants to keep the French international at Goodison Park to battle for the midfield positions.
Silva admits getting Schneiderlin’s confidence back is ‘one of the biggest challenges’ he faces at Everton.
The Frenchman had a poor campaign last season which saw him booed by his own fans.
Mason leaves
Mason Holgate has completed a loan move to West Brom. Speaking to the Express and Star his new manager Darren Moore suggested he tried to sign the player in the summer but Everton rejected any approach.
He will not be available for the New Years’ Day fixture. Instead, he will be likely make his debut in the FA Cup at the weekend.
