Schneiderlin future

Everton manager Marco Silva insists that Morgan Schneiderlin remains in his plans for the rest of the season.

Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, the Portuguese made it clear that the Frenchman is ‘staying’ in his plans at Goodison Park.

Schneiderlin has slipped down the pecking order at Everton due to the brilliance of loanee Andre Gomes.

Hornby and Evans

Everton continue to consider the future of youngsters Fraser Hornby and Anthony Evans. The Sun on Sunday (09/12/2018; pg 57) reports that teams from the Championship and League One are both keen on the pair.

However, Everton are considering whether the pair would be best off fighting for silverware with the under-23s or heading out on loan. A decision is likely in the next week.

Hornby is also recovering from recent ankle surgery.

Niasse to Cardiff

Oumar Niasse is wanted on loan by Cardiff City. The Bluebirds are believed to be keen on the Senegalese striker, who is not in the first-team plans of Marco Silva.

The Mirror suggest that Neil Warnock is keen on bringing him in as a potential striker in their survival bid.
