Everton reportedly have midfield enforcer Stanislav Lobotka on their radar from Spanish club Celta Vigo.
According to Le 10Sport, the Toffees and Watford are the Premier League clubs to show some interest in the 24-year-old.
It is understood that heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain are also keen on the Slovakia international and have been keeping their eye on him.
The report details Celta Vigo valued him at around £45million last summer when PSG and Napoli were linked, but he’s now likely cost around £27million.
Everton do have Idrissa Gueye as their midfield warrior next to playmaker Andre Gomes in their side, but having some quality competition would be ideal.
Lobotka is a defensive midfielder that has been an impressive force in Spain in the last 18 months and he takes no prisoners.

The central midfielder gets through tons of defensive work in front of the back four with his aggressive approach and has the potential to get even better.
His quality has seen Champions League club PSG keen on him and it would be some bold statement if Everton can pip them to his signature.
Lobotka definitely looks cut out for the physicality of the Premier League and could be another addition at Goodison Park that gears them up for a crack at the top six.
