Everton are reportedly interested in signing striker Borja Iglesias from La Liga club Espanyol.
According to El Desmarque, the Toffees and Valencia are both keen on the 26-year-old that has been impressing in the Spanish top flight this season.
The report details that the Merseyside club would be prepared to offer him a deal worth four times more than he’s on at.
Iglesias has enjoyed a great campaign so far for Espanyol, scoring 14 goals in 33 games across all competitions.
The Spanish centre-forward has made an excellent step up to La Liga this year after impressing last season in the second tier with 23 goals for Real Zaragoza.
He’s a physical attacker that looks cut out for English football with his strength and power, but he’s also got a decent turn of pace.

Everton manager Marco Silva needs to try upgrade his striker options at Goodison Park going into next year and the Espanyol hitman ticks a lot of boxes.
Emerging talent Dominic Calvert-Lewin has arguably been the most consistent striker this campaign for the Toffees and they need to find a solution moving forward.
If Iglesias joins Everton and can settle quickly into the Premier League, he could be part of a deadly attack in front of Gylfi Sigurdsson and Richarlison.
Iglesias is a clinical finisher that has scored several types of goals this season, including long-range strikes, headers and deft chips over goalkeepers.
