Richarlison has committed his faith to Everton on Twitter after being linked with a shock move to bitter Merseyside rivals Liverpool by Tweeting: “I’m happy” along with two pictures of him in action for The Toffees.
Brazilian outlet UOL Esporte claim Richarlison’s agent, Renato Velasco, recently had a meeting at Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp’s house to discuss a potential move for the 21-year-old Brazil international.
It is believed that Everton rate Richarlison at a whopping £70million, just one season after luring him away from Watford to rejoin Marco Silva for £40million. He has a contract at Goodison Park for another four years.
Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and AC Milan are also said to be interested in signing Richarlison, after scoring 12 goals and laying on two assists in his 32 Premier League appearances. But he Tweeted: “I’m happy.”

For Richarlison to even consider a move from Everton to Liverpool would see fans turn on the Brazilian wonderkid. The rivalry in Merseyside is so fierce, so for a player to join the Reds from Everton would anger many.
The chances of Everton keeping Richarlison, though, look somewhat slim. Cash-rich PSG and Barcelona are both interested and when they become interested, they normally get their way.
Everton need to keep Richarlison “happy” and perhaps a new contract with a significant wage rise might do the trick. But a move to Liverpool seems rather unlikely.
