Everton should reignite interest in Marko Pjaca
Everton could do with some extra attacking firepower for the second half of the season, as too many of their attackers have been inconsistent in recent times.
The Toffees should throw their name back into the hat for Juventus attacker Marko Pjaca, who Virgilio reported was a target for the last summer transfer window.
Pjaca ended up joining Fiorentina this season on loan, but after a difficult spell with them so far he could be on the move again.
According to Calciomercato, the 23-year-old could return to Juventus in January and complete a move elsewhere on loan for the rest of the season.
The report details that Premier League Fulham have requested a loan swoop for the Croatian, while Cagliari and AC Milan are also interested.
Pjaca has not been at his best this term, but is still a highly-rated talent and could be a suitable target for Silva.
The Croatia international is still trying to hit his peak after a long-term injury rocked his progress in 2017, but before that showed enough quality to earn a move to Juventus and emerge on Everton’s radar.
He is a skilful left-winger that has decent pace and trickery, which helped him earn his name as a goalscorer at Dinamo Zagreb.
Everton should be prepared to take a punt on him in January and they would have some player on their hand if Silva can get him back on track.
