Everton are going to need more strengthening over the summer if they want to get anywhere close to the top six of the Premier League and improving the attack should be a priority for manager Marco Silva.
The Toffees have looked short in the final third several times this campaign and need some more quality attackers in their ranks.
One man that should crop up on the Merseyside club’s radar is David Neres, who played his role in a special 4-1 Ajax victory over Real Madrid on Tuesday night.
Ajax dumped out Madrid in the Champions League last-16 after thumping them at the Bernabeu and winning on aggregate.
Neres scored a brilliant chipped goal past Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois and was a menace with his pace and trickery during the match.
The 22-year-old Brazilian certainly proved himself on the elite stage and is the type of player that gets fans off their seats.

Everton already have one Brazilian in their ranks with Richarlison and now should try add another to Silva’s squad.
Neres now has six goals and 13 assists in all competitions for Ajax, with his displays in the Champions League particularly impressive.
The South American dazzler has every trick in the book to confuse full-backs and sticking him into a front four at Everton would be a major upgrade on their team.
It may be ambitious for Everton to try snap him up after such a high-profile display, but Ajax have been a selling club over the years and he looks like he could light up the Premier League.
