Rangers appear to have a fight on their hands to keep hold of Alfredo Morelos yet again this month. One year after Chinese clubs circled the Colombian it is reported that Nice are keen on the player.
The Daily Record reported today that French side Nice are keen on the player. He is seen as a potential replacement for Mario Balotelli, who looks destined for a move to Marseille.
The Herald has since reported that Rangers will not consider a sale until clubs reach at least a £10 million asking price for the player.
Surely, at that price, Everton should be keen.

The Toffees need a new centre forward option. Richarlison is clearly better playing from the wing whilst Cenk Tosun and Dominic Calvert-Lewin have done little to suggest they are the answer in the role.
Morelos is the perfect option for Everton. He is exactly the type of player that director of football Marcel Brands likes. Relatively cheap, bags of potential and at just 22-years-old plenty of time left to get even better. Brands has also got a proven track record of signing talented South American footballers during his time at PSV Eindhoven.
His goal record can also not be ignored. He has 20 goals in 34 games this season, adding to the 18 he netted last term. With something of a tempestuous attitude, there is little wonder he is often compared to Rangers boss Steven Gerrard’s former team-mate, Luis Suarez.
Everton are instead being linked with a move for Michy Batshuayi, an expensive gamble at a reported £40 million. Morelos would be a far more likely option for Brands to consider.
