Internazionale are reportedly ready to allow Radja Nainggolan to leave San Siro this month.
That’s the word from Italian journalist Carlo Pellegatti, who Calciomercato quote as saying: “They called me, telling me that Inter wanted to sell him to the Premier [League]. On him there would be Chelsea, Tottenham and United, the latter struggling with the injury occurred to Fellaini.”

Nainggolan has struggled to impress in the way many had hoped at the Nerazzurri.
He has made 13 appearances in Serie A and scored two goals.
The Belgian has it tough in terms of competition with Marcelo Brozovic, Borja Valero, Matias Vecino, Roberto Gagliardini and Joao Mario all vying to start.
On team that should be monitoring the situation closely is Premier League outfit Everton.
Nainggolan would be a good replacement for Gueye
Everton have received a boost over their desire to keep Idrissa Gueye with Paris Saint-Germain having seemingly turned their attentions towards Leandro Paredes (The Telegraph).
That said, anything can happen in the transfer window and it could well be that the French champions reignite their interest if the Paredes deal doesn’t materialise.

Should Everton find they have no choice but to cash in on the tenacious tackler, then they should turn to Nainggolan to replace the Senegal international.
The tenacious 30-year-old is not as disciplined as Gueye, but does play with that same bite and aggression.
The former AS Roma man, who accrued 30 caps for Belgium before retiring last year, has a great engine and is very industrious in the middle of the park.
