West Ham United are reportedly ready to make a move for Roberto Gagliardini this month – and Everton should be on alert.
According to a report from Gianluca Di Marzio, the Hammers are keen on the Italy international, who is said to be unconvinced about a move to the London Stadium.

Injury problems and rotation have seen Gagliardini make just nine starts in Serie A for Inter Milan so far this season, which suggests he could be dispensable.
West Ham’s interest comes with David Moyes needing reinforcements in his engine room.
With Jack Wilshere and Manuel Lanzini injured, the Scot only has Declan Rice, Mark Noble and Carlos Sanchez to pick from.
One team that could also do with Gagliardini is Everton, who were linked with the player this time last year (Inter Live).
TBR’s view – Everton need steely Gueye replacement
Everton have lacked bite and tenacity in midfield since Idrissa Gueye was sold last summer.

The Senegalese dynamo brought physicality and energy to the team that has not really been replaced by Fabian Delph or Jean Philippe-Gbamin, who has spent most of the season injured.
6ft 2in Gagliardini – who cost Inter a reported £32 million (Goal) – likes to put a foot in and is known for having brilliant stamina.
He is not the most agile, but his intelligence allows him to get in the positions he needs to be in.
Carlo Ancelotti has seen his fellow countryman’s talents up close in Serie A, so perhaps it is not out of the question an approach will be made.
