Recently, Everton have been linked with moves for Nice winger Allan Saint-Maximin and coveted Roma youngster Cengiz Under.
Nice-Matin reported in late May that the Toffees were keen on Frenchman Saint-Maximin, as well as Newcastle United and Crystal Palace.
The speedster impressed in 2018/19, making 34 appearances and scoring six goals and making five assists.

Also on Everton’s radar is Roma’s Under, who has actually been bid for by the club according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The club lodged a €28 million (£24.8 million) bid but failed in their initial efforts.
Both players remain a possibility for Everton, and fans should be excited.
TBR’s view
Everton signing both of these players could make them a seriously different animal next season.
Marco Silva’s side struggled in attack last term, and Bernard and Theo Walcott struggled to make meaningful contributions in the final third – although the Brazilian’s form did pick up in the second half of the season.

Saint-Maximin and Under signing would bring an injection of pace and width to the team, something that is much needed. They are also very versatile and could interchange with Richarlison.
With both still under the age of 23, they are very much in line with Marcel Brands vision for the club of signing younger players with exciting potential.
