Tosun talks
Cenk Tosun has been speaking in the Turkish media about his future at Everton. The £27 million man has been linked with a return to Besiktas in the winter, after struggling to find goals this season.
Speaking to Takvim, the striker admitted he had seen the news and would be ‘happy’ if his former club wanted him.
However, he made it clear he is ‘trying to prove himself’ at Everton and that there had been no official offer.

‘A father’
Everton’s new star Richarlison has been discussing settling into life on Merseyside.
The Brazilian has been in fine form since arriving from Watford in the summer. Speaking to A Bola, as relayed by Sport Witness, he has discussed taking three English lessons a week. He also spoke of his relationship with Everton boss Marco Silva, who he sees ‘as a father’.
Silva initially signed Richarlison from Fluminense whilst Watford manager and took him to Everton this summer.
Stadium mistakes
Sasha Ryazantsev has vowed to learn from the mistakes rivals made with the building of a new stadium for Everton.
The chief finance and commercial officer, as reported by the Liverpool Echo, has spoken of other club’s errors in developing a new stadium for their fans and is hopeful Everton will not do the same with their move – planned for the summer of 2022.
West Ham and Tottenham have recently botched stadium moves and Everton want to avoid similar mistakes.
