Interest in Barcelona man still remains
The Liverpool Echo has implied that Everton still have interest in Barcelona forward Malcom, despite being knocked back in January.
The report has also suggested that Barca want to recoup €70million for the Brazilian.
The 22-year-old has barely played for the Spanish champions this season and could be offloaded in the summer.
Everton won’t have a prayer of completing a deal at his current valuation but they are interested nonetheless.

La Liga outfit want to sign misfit
Real Sociedad have made contact with Everton to try and turn Sandro Ramirez’s loan into a permanent deal this summer, according to Sport Witness.
Spanish publication AS has claimed that Sociedad have backed Ramirez to ‘explode’ because of his age and a few other factors.
It would be a remarkable turn of events if the La Liga side does make the deal permanent.
Ramirez hasn’t scored a single goal for his temporary club this season with his last strike coming in November 2017 for Everton.
Ex-Toffees man praises youngster
Everton hero Andy Gray has heaped praise on current striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin in an interview with the Daily Star.
Gray scored 14 goals for Everton over a two-season spell and was asked about the impact which the 23-year-old has had on the team.
He said: “I like what I see with Dominic. He seems to have a fantastic work ethic. He has the ability to run the channels, work hard and play for his team.”
The club legend does concede that the ex-Sheffield United man is by no means the finished article.
Gray continued: “The basics are good. He’s still raw and there is lots to improve on. It is just subtle things like his touch that needs to become better and his goalscoring needs to improve too.”
