Davies on clean sheets

Tom Davies says Everton must start keeping clean sheets. The Everton midfielder, who has been playing as captain recently, is quoted by the Liverpool Echo as stating that Everton were ‘disappointed’ in the recent 1-0 loss to Watford.

He stated that keeping clean sheets could be key for Everton to start taking points.

Mirallas injury

Everton-owned attacker Kevin Mirallas has picked up an injury. The Belgian is currently on loan at Fiorentina and has recently been in a spell of good form.

The attacker is now set for a spell on the sidelines. As reported by Goal, he has suffered an injury to the medial ligament in his right knee.
