Coleman never tempted

Seamus Coleman has been speaking about his time at Everton, insisting he has never thought about leaving the club.

The Irishman has been linked with the likes of Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Manchester United down the years.

However, he insists he never considered leaving. Talking to the Irish Times he admitted there has been interest. But he said he has ‘always been happy’ at Everton and has never wanted to leave.

Tosun on Richarlison

Cenk Tosun has been discussing how he has settled into life at Everton. The striker spoke to Goal Turkey about his time with Everton, admitting the first few months ‘were not easy’.

He has recently lost his starting position to Richarlison and had nothing but warm words to say about the Brazilian.

Tosun stated that Richarlison’s attributes ‘amaze’ him.

Gomes injury

Andre Gomes has pulled out of international duty with Portugal. The midfielder’s excellent recent form for Everton saw him receive a recall for the national team.

However, he has had to pull out with a bruised leg. Everton fans will hope that it is not a serious injury.

Gylfi Sigurdsson has also pulled out of the Iceland squad with an ankle problem.
