Bolasie tweet

Forgotten man Yannick Bolasie has taken to Twitter to kill talk that he may be headed to Russia before the end of the transfer window.

Zaha latest

The Sun report that Everton have offered Wilfried Zaha £200,000-a-week wages after he made a transfer request to try and force his way out of Crystal Palace.

But the Guardian report that Palace want £100 million for the player and that the Toffees are now the only serious suitors for the Ivory Coast international after Arsenal exited the race.

Doucoure interest to be shelved

According to French outlet RMC Sport, Everton have decided not to renew their bid for Abdoulaye Doucoure before the window slams shut for the summer.

But, they will apparently come back in during the January window for the Watford ace with Marco Silva still keen to beef up his midfield options.

New centre-back?

The Sun report that Everton have identified Nathan Ake of Bournemouth and Fikayo Tomori of Chelsea as their two central defensive targets with the Toffees still looking light in that position.

Getting Kurt Zouma back in through the door is looking unlikely, and a swoop for his Blues team-mate Tomori is more likely than a big-money swoop for the Dutchman.
