Richarlison fit

Everton will not be without summer signing Richarlison for this weekend’s game with Southampton. The Brazilian talent scored a double on his Everton debut during the 2-2 draw with Wolves on Sunday.

However, he suffered an injury scare in the game, holding his calf muscle.

But, as reported by The Sun, Everton are hopeful he will feature against the Saints.

Chong on board

Everton continue to make moves toward their new stadium, with an important appointment made today. As reported by the Liverpool Echo, Colin Chong has been named as the Stadium Development Director for the club’s move to Bramley Moore Dock.

He has an extensive portfolio in the business, including the redevelopment of Old Trafford and the building of Wigan Athletic’s DW Stadium.

Everton are hoping to make a move to a new £500 million stadium in the next few years.

Big Sam knew

Sam Allardyce has admitted he knew he was on his way out of Everton two months before his official departure. Despite helping the Toffees out of relegation trouble last season he was extremely unpopular with the fanbase.

Speaking to Goals on Sunday, as reported by Vital Everton, ‘Big Sam’ admitted that he knew the writing was on the wall.

Everton appointed Marco Silva as his replacement this summer.
