Lookman acceptance
RB Leipzig have reportedly ended their interest in Ademola Lookman. The German side have been looking into a permanent deal for their former loanee throughout the summer.
However, Everton boss Marco Silva was adamant he would be keeping hold of the player and has done so. Talk of a £28 million asking price no doubt put them off.
Kicker have now suggested there will be no approach for the player in January, with Leipzig moving on to other targets.
Pennington happy
Matthew Pennington has declared himself happy with his debut for loan club Ipswich Town. The Everton player, 23, came straight into the starting XI for the Tractor Boys as they took on Norwich City in a local derby.

Speaking to the club website, he stated he was happy with his performance and felt as though it was ‘two points dropped’ in the 1-1 draw.
The centre-back is on loan at Portman Road until the end of the season.
Williams ‘immense’
Everton midfielder Joe Williams made his debut for Bolton Wanderers at the weekend. He put in a top display as they earned a 2-2 draw with Preston North End.
Bolton boss Phil Parkinson described his display as ‘immense’ as Everton’s youngster looks to help Bolton continue their good start to the season.
