Coleman injured

Seamus Coleman has joined the ever-growing Everton injury list. His national manager Martin O’Neill has confirmed the Irishman suffered a stress fracture in his foot in the recent clash with Wales.

The right-back, who has been captaining Everton recently, now looks likely for a spell on the sidelines in what is an increasingly crowded treatment room and painful headache for manager Marco Silva.

Sandro injury

It does not seem the injury curse is just present at Goodison. Loaned out attacker Sandro Ramirez has reportedly suffered a serious knee injury during training for loan club Real Sociedad.

Diario Vasco report that the injury is far worse than first thought. He has suffered knee ligament damage and is likely to be out of action until next year.

It is a bitter blow for the £5.2 million forward who scored in a recent friendly win for his new team.

Richarlison and Hornby star

Everton players starred on international duty yesterday. Richarlison scored a brace for Brazil as they thrashed El Salvador 5-0.

But perhaps more impressingly, Scottish youngster Fraser Hornby gabbed two goals as Scotland pulled off a shock and beat the Netherlands in under-21 action.
