Everton owner Farhad Moshiri has rubbished speculation linking Richarlison with a shock move to Liverpool this summer.
It had been reported by UOL Esporte that the Brazilian’s representative Renato Velasco had held talks with Reds manager Jurgen Klopp at the German’s home, with the exact nature of those talks unknown.

Richarlison only joined Everton last summer for £35 million from Watford (The Daily Mail).
So far, he has scored 13 goals in 33 appearances for the Toffees in what has been an indifferent campaign for the 21-year-old.
The player moved to quash the rumours on Twitter, and now Everton owner Moshiri has had his say.
A ‘high-ranking’ source revealed to The Mirror: “Farhad loves Richarlison and believes he can go on to become one of the best players in the world.

“There’s no way he would contemplate him leaving right now, and especially to Liverpool. It will never happen.
“He is one of the players he expects the manager to build his team around. He is not for sale, it’s as simple as that.”
TBR’s view
Moshiri’s apparent stance on Richarlison suggests that even if a mega offer came in for the player from their Merseyside rivals, Everton would not be selling.

He hasn’t been consistent all the way through 2018/19, but there is no doubt that the Brazilian has bags of untapped potential.
It is a big prediction from Moshiri that he can go on to become one of the world’s best – whether he actually believes that, only he will know.
