It appears Bayern Munich midfielder Corentin Tolisso could be on his way out of the club this summer. As reported by Foot Mercato, the Frenchman is considered surplus to requirements at the Allianz Arena and the Bavarian club are looking to move him on in the next transfer window.
Arsenal, Juventus and Atletico Madrid are all credited with an interest in the player, whilst Bild recently reported that Inter Milan were eyeing up a €35 million (£30.6m) swoop.
But Everton should surely join that list of potential suitors.
The Toffees have made good use of luring under-utilised players from top clubs in recent times.

Tolisso would fall into that bracket and there is no doubt that Everton need strengthening in the centre of midfield.
Carlo Ancelotti is also, undoubtedly, a fan. The Italian was the Bayern Munich manager when the Bavarians signed Tolisso from Lyon in 2017. At the time, as reported by Goal , the Everton boss suggested that the Frenchman could go on to replace the recently retired Xabi Alonso at the Allianz Arena.
“Tolisso is a really good midfielder in our opinion. He was one of the best midfielders in the market.
“He is a really complete midfielder, good passing, forward, really well positioned defensively and also in my opinion a lot of opportunity to improve.
“He’s still young, he did well in Lyon, but I think with us he can improve more. He’s going to complete our midfield.
“I think that Tolisso also has a good profile to replace a player like Alonso.”
Everton fans will know how big a compliment that is regarding the former Anfield hero.
Unfortunately, Ancelotti did not get to work with Tolisso extensively. The Italian lost his job at Bayern just three months after bringing Tolisso in.
With Everton wanting to bring in players of a Champions League calibre already, Tolisso could be a perfect option. It would also give the Italian a chance to finally realise the potential he saw in his former signing.
