In the wake of Manchester United’s 4-0 thrashing at the hands of Everton talk of new players and others leaving Old Trafford have been circulating in the press. One that seems an almost instant reaction is that of Thomas Meunier.
As reported by The Independent, the Belgian is one of several potential right-back options for United in the summer. The Paris Saint-Germain talent has struggled for regular football in the French capital and is reportedly a Manchester United fan.
It would appear that Everton making a mockery of the United defence has seen Meunier become a more affordable and necessary option for the Red Devils who are desperate to strengthen at the back.

Which, ironically, is bad news for Everton.
Meunier has also been identified as a potential summer target for the Toffees.
As reported by Le10 Sport, Everton have been in touch with PSG since February regarding the potential signature of the 27-year-old.
Seamus Coleman has been sporadic with his form this season and Everton are believed to want a new option in the position going forward.
Meunier is a perfect option, but humiliating United into action might have given them a tough task when it comes to chasing the Belgian international.
