Luke Garbutt – Oxford United

The left-back’s loan team finally won their first game of the League One season. Unfortunately for Garbutt, he played no part of it.

The defender sat on the bench as midfielder Josh Ruffels played in his position instead after some poor form from the Everton player.

Oxford beat Burton Albion 3-1.

Henry Onyekuru – Galatasaray

The Nigerian will hope to be in action as the Turkish giants take on Alanyaspor tonight.

Shani Tarashaj – Grasshoppers

The Swiss attacker missed his side’s 2-1 win over FC Sion with an injury problem. Considering his history with injuries, it is hopefully not too serious.

Ashley Williams and Cuco Martina – Stoke City

After an awful midweek, in which Williams saw red v Wigan, the Welshman was suspended for the clash with Hull City this weekend.

Martina made his debut for Stoke and played the whole 90 minutes at right-back as the Potters won their first Championship game of the season.

Antonee Robinson and Callum Connolly – Wigan Athletic

Robinson helped Wigan to a 3-0 win over Stoke City in midweek. However, he could not stop the Latics losing to QPR at the weekend

Connolly came off the bench v Stoke but was an unused sub against QPR.

Kevin Mirallas – Fiorentina

The Belgian was left out of the Fiorentina squad that defeated Chievo 6-1 this weekend. It seems the Everton loanee has a fight on getting first-team football in Italy this season.

Nikola Vlasic – CSKA Moscow

Played the full 90 minutes as CSKA drew 1-1 with Rubin Kazan.

Mo Besic – Middlesbrough

Bagged an assist on his second debut for the Teesside club, setting up Daniel Ayala’s last-minute header against West Brom on Friday night.

Joe Williams – Bolton Wanderers

Sat on the bench just days after completing his switch to the Trotters. Bolton’s unbeaten start to the season came to an end with a 3-0 loss to Sheffield United.

Yannick Bolasie – Aston Villa

Watched on as his side drew 1-1 with Reading. Will hope to make his debut v Burton Albion in the League Cup tomorrow.
