Leicester City reportedly face a fight to keep hold of central defender Jonny Evans.
According to a report from The Daily Mail, the Foxes are looking at bringing in Ben Davies from Preston North End, but could lose Northern Ireland international Evans.
The 32-year-old only has one year remaining on his contract at the King Power Stadium, meaning the club are vulnerable to losing him on the cheap.

Evans has been with Leicester since 2018 after joining from West Bromwich Albion in a reported £3.5 million move (BBC Sport).
The star has been nothing short of outstanding for the Midlands club since his transfer, and his partnership with Caglar Soyuncu in 2019/20 came in for regular plaudits, especially in the first half of the season.
With Leicester potentially set to lose £80,000-a-week star Evans (Spotrac), one club that should undoubtedly be monitoring the situation is Everton, who need reinforcements in central defence.
TBR View – Evans is ideal for Everton
Everton have been shaky at the back for some time and it is clear they’re in need of an experienced head.
Few centre-halves have more experience in the English top-flight than Evans, who has actually been getting better with age.

At times, Everton’s defenders can look lost. While Mason Holgate has huge promise, Michael Keane and Yerry Mina can lack consistency and concentration.
Evans is very much a Mr. Reliable type, which is exactly the kind of individual Carlo Ancelotti needs. There’s never anything fancy with him – he is just composed, solid and effective.
The fact he has now entered into his final year really does hand Everton a golden opportunity to make a shrewd signing.
