It’s been an encouraging start to the season for Everton, despite their defeat to Liverpool this weekend, who are relishing life at their new Hill Dickinson Stadium.
David Moyes’ side are unbeaten at their new home, only losing away to Leeds and Liverpool, to sit tenth in the table so far.
Summer signing Jack Grealish has impressed, notching four assists in August to win the Premier League Player of the Month, also striking up a promising relationship with Iliman Ndiaye.

With a new-look attack, Moyes is hoping to take Everton up the table – so the form of Ndiaye under the radar is a significant boost to their early season hopes.
Iliman Ndiaye ranks alongside Kylian Mbappe and Lamine Yamal in key attacking category this season
While Jack Grealish is earning the headlines, it is established Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye who is second in the Premier League for most successful take-ons this season.
Only Mohammed Kudus has completed more in the Premier League with 19 to Ndiaye’s 16, and the Everton man is also among good company around Europe.
Ndiaye sits fourth in the top five leagues in Europe for take-ons, behind only Kudus, Kylian Mbappe (18) and Lamine Yamal (17).
And his 3.7 successful dribbles per game at a success rate of 54.8% is another indicator of his confidence – only three players in the Premier League have completed more, but with lower success rates than Ndiaye.
Iliman Ndiaye statistics show growing threat to Everton attack after Jack Grealish arrival
So far this season Iliman Ndiaye has two goals, including the first for the Everton men’s team at Hill Dickinson stadium, and one assist.

According to FotMob, he has registered four shots and has a pass accuracy of 80%. His 17 successful dribbles and ten fouls won show his threat for Everton, while the 34 recoveries and 41 duels won shows his underlying contribution in defence.
Ndiaye has also won possession six times in the final third, showing his efforts in the Everton press, and has made 12 total tackles so far in the Premier League this season – more than any of his teammates.
So as much as Grealish is getting praise for transforming Everton’s attack, it is Ndiaye who is quietly offering the consistency that allows him to do so.
