Everton attacker Theo Walcott is reportedly facing an uncertain future – and many of the club’s supporters on Twitter have responded by suggesting he is sold in the summer.

The 30-year-old has a fight on his hand to stay at Goodison Park (Daily Mail) just 18 months after his arrival.

The report details that the former England international is at risk, despite the fact he will still have another two years remaining on his contract in the summer.

Walcott was signed by the Toffees back in January 2018 and hasn’t quite managed to hit the same heights he did at former club Arsenal.

The right-winger has made 48 appearances for the Merseyside club in all competitions and scored seven times.

He’s found it difficult this term under manager Marco Silva to cement his spot in the team, with the likes of Bernard, Ademola Lookman and Richarlison all competing with him.

Walcott has been around a long time since making a name for himself at Southampton and starring at Arsenal, but it seems like he’s on the decline now.

The wide man still possesses decent pace to trouble full-backs, but his decision making and finishing is questionable.
