Leicester City are reportedly interested in defender Michael Keane – and some Everton fans on Twitter have responded by stating there is not a chance they will sell him this summer.
The Toffees signed Keane back in 2017 for £30million (BBC) and he’s gone from strength to strength.
After a difficult start at Goodison Park, the 26-year-old has discovered his best form this season under manager Marco Silva.
The England international is a ball-playing centre-back that is confident in possession and formed a great partnership next to loanee Kurt Zouma.
According to the Leicester Mercury, the Foxes are lining up potential replacements just in case they lose defender Harry Maguire.
The report details that Leicester have a long-term interest in Everton’s Keane.
A selection of Everton fans are convinced they will not be losing Keane in the summer, especially to Premier League rivals Leicester.
Keane will link up with Maguire at the Nations League this summer for England, but is potentially a replacement for him at the King Power Stadium next year.
Silva’s team were pipped to seventh by Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League this campaign, but his centre-back did catch the eye for his consistent performances.

Why’d he leave for a smaller club? Hahahahaha

They can do one

Fair play for trying if they bid but theres not a chance Keane leaves Everton for Leicester. Plays for a bigger club on good wages, either leaves for top 6 or not at all.
