A number of Everton fans have taken to Twitter to react to reports from the weekend claiming that the Toffees are now keen to sell Tottenham Hotspur target Jordan Pickford to raise funds to spend in January.
Rafa Benitez is coming under increasing pressure at Goodison Park. In fact, it has been reported that Everton are considering Jose Mourinho should they decide to make a change.

What has probably not helped the Spaniard is the lack of spending power during his tenure. And it appears that he is preparing for another difficult transfer window.
It was claimed over the weekend that Everton are keen to sell Pickford to bolster their transfer kitty. The report suggested that the Toffees want £30 million for the England international, with Spurs keen on bringing the 27-year-old in.

It is a surprise to see Pickford linked with a move away. He has come in for criticism during his time at Goodison Park. And it is widely felt that he has struggled to replicate his international form for the Toffees.
But replacing him for £30 million would not be easy. It is also noted by some that Everton would only be getting their money back should they let the former Sunderland man leave for that price.
