Everton fans react on Twitter to Yerry Mina exit reports

A number of Everton fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Yerry Mina amid reports from over the weekend concerning his Goodison Park future.

Mina has tended to be a regular for Carlo Ancelotti’s side when he has been available this season. However, it now appears that he could be on the move in the coming months.

According to the Sun, Mina is keen to move to Serie A at the end of the season. And it is suggested that both Inter Milan and Fiorentina have been alerted by his potential availability.

Mina is certainly a player Everton could demand a significant fee for. The 26-year-old has arguably got better the longer he has spent on Merseyside.

The Toffees agreed a deal worth up to £28.5 million when they signed the Colombia international from Barcelona in 2018 (via Sky Sports).

Meanwhile, Spotrac shows that he earns £120,000-a-week at Goodison Park. He is also now edging towards the final two years of his contract with Everton (via Sky Sports).

Nevertheless, it appears that only a minority of supporters would be open to seeing him sold. Several have suggested that he is the club’s best centre-back right now.

It certainly appears that they are going to have to produce something special in the market should they decide to let Mina go this summer.
