Everton fans react as club reportedly rivalling PL trio for Bertrand Traore
Everton are reportedly one of four Premier League sides considering a move for Lyon attacker Bertrand Traore this summer with Lyon ready to cash in – and Toffees fans have reacted on Twitter to the news.
Traore, 24, was an unused substitute last week as Rudi Garcia’s Lyon side managed to hold on to a slender lead over Juventus and progress into the last eight of the Champions League – despite a Cristiano Ronaldo brace.
The former Chelsea man has lost his place in the Lyon side after a disappointing season in which he has only scored four goals. It is a stark contract to his first season at Lyon, when he scored 18 goals during 2017-18.

That sparkling campaign came after a £9million move from Chelsea. Sky Sports now claim he could be on his way back to the Premier League, with four clubs interested in signing the Burkina Faso international.
The report states that Everton are interested but face competition from Brendan Rodgers and Leicester City, Newcastle United and Crystal Palace – with the latter potentially looking to replace Wilfried Zaha.
Everton supporters have reacted on Twitter to the news that they are rivalling a handful of Premier League sides for the ex-Chelsea man – and many are all for the idea of bringing Traore to Merseyside.
Good move at the right price.

Would be a good addition to a threadbare attack. I also see Lemar of Ath. Madrid on the cards.
We still need a defensive cm and a at least one cb as a priority though. https://t.co/jEIWGF72eA

Was a member of the Ajax team with Davy Klassen that got to the Europa League final. Was immense that season but has dropped off since his move to Lille.
