Everton travel to Aston Villa on Friday night in the Premier League – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter have pleaded that Moise Kean is handed his first start.

The Toffees signed the centre-forward in the summer transfer window for £25.1million (BBC) from Juventus and he arrives at Goodison Park extremely highly-rated.

He scored eight times in 21 senior games for Italian heavyweights Juventus and is now set to try his hand in English football.

Everton have started their Premier League season with a draw against Crystal Palace and a win over Watford, with Kean introduced as a substitute in both fixture.

The 19-year-old is being eased in by manager Marco Silva and at the minute is playing to second fiddle to Dominic Calvert-Lewin at striker.

A selection of Everton supporters on social media believe Kean has to start against Villa and that he shouldn’t be held back any longer.

There is a real wave of supporting urging Silva to unleash his teenager star, who as of yet has had little time to impress in the Premier League and is going off his reputation in Italy.

He’s certainly not joined to warm the bench and he should come into the team against Villa for misfiring Calvert-Lewin, if he’s got the fitness to start.
