Jean-Michael Seri is reportedly a target for Everton ahead of the January transfer window – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter are split about the speculation.
The 28-year-old midfielder is currently on a season-long loan at Turkish giants Galatasaray from Championship side Fulham.
Foot Mercato reports that Everton have started discussions with Seri’s representatives about a potential move in January.
It is understood that French club Monaco have also made contact about the Ivory Coast international.
Seri is due to stay in the Turkish league for the remainder of the season, but Everton want to try bring him back to England
He’s played 17 games across all competitions this season, including featuring in all six Champions League group stage fixtures for his team.
A selection of Everton supporters on social media believe that Seri is worth the gamble following his decent form for Galatasaray out on loan.
Meanwhile, there are others who suggest that the central midfielder should be avoided, as his only Premier League experience saw him relegated with Fulham.
