Everton, Arsenal and Aston Villa are among the clubs reportedly looking at Brazilian ace Gabigol – a player Liverpool star Alisson raved about in 2019.
Gabigol, 25, is keen on leaving Flamengo and chancing his arm in European football once again in January. The Brazilian league ends on December 10.
During the 2021 campaign, Gabigol has been sensational. He has clocked up 40 appearances for Flamengo this season, having a hand in 37 appearances.
The 17-time Brazil international has scored 28 goals this season, laying on nine assists. Little surprise, that there is enormous interest in his services.
Football site 90Min claim Bayer Leverkusen, Villarreal, Everton, Villa, Arsenal, Newcastle and West Ham are all keen on landing the striker.
It is believed a fee of £30million is enough to sign Gabigol. Back in 2019, Liverpool stopper raved about Alisson – ahead of a Club World Cup clash.

“I will try not to concede, even if he is a player who has confidence and has already shown to have quality and potential.”
Alisson continued, as per One Football: “I’ll work not only not to let him score, but also not to make Flamengo score and let my team win.”
Alisson on Gabigol: Is £30m a fair price for Brazil international?
Gabigol’s stats are incredible. In his 121 appearances for Flamengo, the striker has netted an enormous 83 goals for the Brazilian outfit.
But there are doubts. Gabigol has chanced his arm in European football beforehand, managing just 10 games for Inter and only scoring once.
He was hardly given a chance – but why was that? A loan at Benfica saw him muster just five appearances, scoring once. Now, he is a bit older.
Perhaps in the past, he bestowed a poor attitude. Now, he is a bit older, a bit wiser. He could have rid himself of that personality, and might be ready.
