Speaking on in an interview with TV3 via Mundo Deportivo, the Manchester City boss that the Premier League giants are willing to spend £100m on a player. And that clubs should not complain if such an offer comes in for one of their players.
As reported by Sky Sports News, Kane is keen to leave Spurs this summer. City are one of the few clubs both interested in the England captain and who have the funds to make the signing.
However, Daniel Levy is eager to keep the 27-year-old striker with the north London side this summer regardless of what City offer. Moreover, Guardiola seemingly made a snide comment about this on live TV.

They will be delighted that it can be done, I wish now they would.”
Indeed, lots of Tottenham fans felt these comments were in regards to Kane. And supporters on social media were not happy with Guardiola.
