England had a night to forget as they lost 1-0 to Denmark at Wembley with Christian Eriksen’s penalty the only goal of the game.
The Three Lions had Harry Maguire sent off after 31 minutes, whilst Reece James saw red post-match for an altercation with the referee.
One name on fans’ lips, however, was that of Jack Grealish, with the Aston Villa man failing to get on the pitch for the second game running.
The 25-year-old produced a Man of the Match display against Wales but it would seem he didn’t impress Gareth Southgate sufficiently to win further opportunities.

Just under a fortnight ago, Grealish was putting the Premier League champions, Liverpool, to the sword with two goals and three assists during a 7-2 win.
In pretty comical fashion, Grealish was left on the bench as England toiled for large parts of the game.
Southgate used the sending off as an excuse for not introducing Grealish afterwards but it seems as though the boss doesn’t overly fancy him.
Following the loss, plenty of England fans were up in arms at Southgate’s decision not to hand Grealish a chance to get the Three Lions back into the game.
Here is a selection of Tweets from supporters regarding the omission of Grealish.
