Plenty of Premier League teams are said to be interested in the Nantes striker Emiliano Sala. According to the Daily Mail, the likes of Everton, Leicester, Burnley and West Ham were all set to have scouts watch him in action against Marseille last night.
Another team said to be keen are Crystal Palace. The Eagles are crying out for a goalscorer, with Christian Benteke and Connor Wickham just returning from injury and Jordan Ayew and Alexander Sorloth barren in front of goal.
So Palace fans are right to show interest in a striker who has scored 13 goals in 16 games this season.

Last night, the reports from the Palace scouts would have been glowing. Sala scored his 13th of the season to get the ball rolling in a 3-2 win for his side. He even provided the assist for Abdoulaye Toure to equalise before a Gabriel Boschilia goal won the Canaries a massive game at the Beaujoire-Louis Fonteneau.
Sala was in fine form yet again and with the Mail report suggesting that Nantes may be willing to do business for £25 million Crystal Palace might be right to make a January swoop on the 28-year-old.
