Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe believes people don’t realise just how good fellow Gunners star Bukayo Saka is.
Saka made his Arsenal breakthrough in 2019-20, clocking up 39 appearances in all competitions and weighing in with four goals and 11 assists.
This season, meanwhile, the 19-year-old has registered 34 appearances across all competitions, scoring six goals and assisting a further seven.

In addition, the Hale End graduate also made his England breakthrough earlier this season, and now has four caps to his name.
Fellow academy graduate Smith Rowe spoke to Jamie Redknapp in an interview published by the Daily Mail and was praised for how well Arsenal did against Spurs.
“We’re definitely going in the right direction,” the Gunners ace said. “With the team we’ve got, I feel like we’re destined for great things.
“Honestly, I don’t think people realise how good Bukayo Saka is, for example. He’s one of the best players I’ve ever played with.”

Fans, pundits and peers are running out of superlatives for Saka, which is no surprise really.
He’s a player of the highest calibre who, let’s not forget, is still just 19 and is capable of so much more as he continues to progress, develop and gain more experience.
