Arsenal have been credited with an interest in rising Ajax winger David Neres.
The Gunners are ‘in talks’ with the player and his representatives according to The Telegraph, with Unai Emery impressed with the Brazilian’s season at the Amsterdam club.

Neres’ stock has risen high this term having made 21 goal involvements so far this season (10 goals, 11 assists).
The electric winger is one of a number of players in the Ajax team to have turned heads this year, with Frenkie de Jong, Matthijs de Ligt and Dusan Tadic a few other standouts.
The Telegraph report that it would take an offer in the region of £34.5 million to sign Neres, which would mean Arsenal could do with the finances that come with Champions League football next season.
TBR’s view
Neres is supremely talented with plenty of time to get even better than he already is.
He is extremely fast and unpredictable, and also capable of playing on either flank.
Neres would certainly be an upgrade on Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who has struggled to show consistency following his move to the Emirates in January 2018.

In 48 Arsenal appearances, the Armenian international has managed just nine goals and 12 assists.
He has not lived up to his billing, and is certainly not a regular under Emery.
Quite often Mkhitaryan is too slow on the ball and can get dispossessed, but Neres does things at a frightening pace – he could be the man to make Arsenal a huge threat from the wide positions next season.
