The transfer window slams shut in England earlier than usual this year. Teams like Everton have until 5pm today to tie down any incomings. So who could be arriving and exiting Goodison Park today?
Ins
One that seems to be nearing completion is that of Brazilian attacker Bernard. The former Shakhtar Donetsk star is a free agent this summer and Everton have won the race for his signature. According to the Mirror, Everton have agreed a £150,000-a-week deal with the player who completed a medical yesterday. His confirmation is imminent.
Yerry Mina also remains Everton’s number one centre-back target. The Mirror claim the Toffees are ‘increasingly confident’ of signing the Barcelona defender today. A £28 million fee has reportedly been agreed for the World Cup star.
Another Barcelona player who could join Mina and Lucas Digne at Everton is Andre Gomes. The Portuguese international is available on loan after falling down the pecking order at the Nou Camp. The Daily Mail say a move was made for his services yesterday as Everton look to add a central midfielder.
Kurt Zouma emerged as a target yesterday. The Chelsea player is wanted by Everton on loan, but, as reported by the Daily Mail, Manchester United have also made a move.

Outs
Everton winger Yannick Bolasie looks to be on his way out. He appears to have no chance of regular football under Marco Silva, especially with the arrival of Richarlison and Bernard.
Tony Pulis is interested in a reunion at Middlesbrough, according to Sky Sports. The Mirror suggest that a return to former club Crystal Palace is on the cards.
Mo Besic could also leave today. The Bosnian is being targeted by two Championship clubs. Middlesbrough, according to the Northern Echo, want him back after having him on loan last season. The Mirror (print edition, 09/08/2018, pg 61) suggest Leeds United are also keen, with a £4.5 million deal being mooted.
Ademola Lookman remains a target for RB Leipzig. The 20-year-old shone on loan in Germany last season. Everton want the attacker to stay, but he is open to a move. However, as reported by The Mirror, a £30 million price-tag should keep him at Goodison Park.
Finally, and England under-21 talent Callum Connolly is heading out on loan to Wigan Athletic. The utility man will join Everton team-mate Antonee Robinson at the DW Stadium.
