Perhaps the surprise package of the season so far, David Wagner’s side have shown on many occasions this term that they have what it takes to compete at the top of the table. After a disappointing November, the response in December was emphatic, Wagner’s men taking 13 points from a possible 15.

Huddersfield’s defensive capabilities are their weakness, but they thrive at the other end of the pitch, employing a good brand of football where scoring goals isn’t an issue. Aaron Mooy, Kasey Palmer and Elias Kachunga have been key additions in an attacking sense for The Terriers. Kachunga has netted eight goals so far, including a brace at Carrow Road, in Huddersfield’s 1-2 win at Norwich.

The next few months will be crucial for them, if they can stay in and around where they are now, they give themselves every opportunity to claim a play off place.
