Eddie Nketiah has risked upsetting a number of Leeds United, and perhaps some Arsenal fans by replying to Jack Clarke’s post on Instagram after the winger made his debut for Queens Park Rangers against Marcelo Bielsa’s side on Saturday.
With Leeds struggling for form right now, many of the Elland Road faithful had a horrible feeling that the stage was perfectly set for Clarke to come back and haunt them this weekend.

Clarke returned to Leeds on loan for the first-half of this season back in the summer. But he was recalled by Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the January transfer window after featuring just once in the league for Bielsa’s men.
And his move to QPR was finalised earlier this week, leaving Clarke with the opportunity to make his bow for Mark Warburton’s side against the promotion-chasers at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.

Ultimately, the scenario that Leeds fans feared did not quite play out. But Clarke did make his debut for the Hoops, and it was the home side who secured the three points.
And unsurprisingly, the young winger felt compelled to take to social media to comment on his debut and the win. He also had a message for some of those in the away dugout.
Here is what Clarke posted after the game…
Amongst those to respond to Clarke was Nketiah, whose season has played out in a similar fashion.
The striker was on loan at Leeds until January before returning to his parent club over a lack of game-time.
Nketiah was a popular figure during his time with Leeds. But some of the supporters are not happy to see the striker’s message to Clarke in response to the Tottenham man’s post.
Nketiah is clearly happy for his former teammate. But his message has disappointed plenty of Leeds supporters given the result. Some have questioned whether the response has allowed the Gunners to have a dig at his former club.
