Leeds United are back in the Premier League after 16 years following their local rivals Huddersfield Town’s 2-1 win over closest rivals West Bromwich Albion.
The Whites, under Marcelo Bielsa, have been in fantastic form this season and the Argentine has transformed what looked a mid-table team into the best team in the division.
Largely, the current core of players are responsible for this season’s triumph but there is one player who started the campaign with Leeds but is no longer at the club.

Eddie Nketiah was snapped up on loan from Arsenal in the summer from under the nose of Championship rivals Bristol City.
He went on to score five goals for the club including what now looks a crucial winning goal against Brentford, with the Bees hurtling toward the other automatic promotion spot.
However, he could not force Patrick Bamford from the starting XI and Arsenal recalled the 21-year-old in January.
But Nketiah enjoyed his time at Leeds and after promotion was confirmed had a special message for the Leeds United support.
Nketiah will be fondly remembered for his work rate, lethal finishing and infectious personality at Leeds and it is just a shame there was not room for him and Bamford under Bielsa.
He will now be looking forward to meeting Leeds next season in the Premier League.
