Eddie Nketiah has lauded Bernd Leno after the Arsenal goalkeeper took to Instagram to celebrate the Gunners’ win over West Ham United on Saturday.
Leno was outstanding for Mikel Arteta’s side as they beat the Hammers at the Emirates. Their only goal came 12 minutes from time when Alexandre Lacazette was set up by Mesut Ozil.

But it was largely thanks to Leno that the game was still goalless by the time Lacazette’s chance presented itself.
The goalkeeper was brilliant. He made a number of impressive saves, blocks and clearances throughout the game.

And you will arguably do extremely well to find a significantly better save than the one the German made to deny Michail Antonio during the second-half.
Antonio’s header forced Leno to try and change direction. And yet, he somehow managed to get a good hand to the ball and pluck it away from heading into the back of his net.
Leno has proved to be a fantastic performer for the Gunners under Arteta. And following the victory, he took to social media repeating the famous chant regarding Arsenal and that particular scoreline.
And Nketiah was amongst those to reply to the 28-year-old. The striker posted a two-word message to his teammate that no-one could disagree with.
Here is Leno’s post followed by Nketiah’s response…
