Eddie Nketiah has revealed his excitement on Twitter after his loan move from Arsenal to Leeds United was confirmed on deadline day.
The Whites confirmed on their official Twitter account that the centre-forward has completed a season-long loan move to Elland Road.
He’s dropped down to the Championship from Premier League outfit Arsenal and has been handed the number 14 jersey.
Nketiah is a highly-rated striker that has been catching the eye during Arsenal’s pre-season in the first-team, but a loan move has been granted to help his development.
The English attacker has posted on social media following his move to Yorkshire, which is his first loan move away from the Emirates Stadium.
“New season. New Challenge! Can’t wait to get started with Leeds. God is great,” Nketiah wrote on his personal Twitter account.

Leeds have managed to bring in a replacement for Kemar Roofe in attack, who has departed this window to join Belgian side Anderlecht.
Manager Marcelo Bielsa has managed to add a rising star from Arsenal that some feel is ready for the top-flight and it would be no surprise to see him tear it up in the second-tier.
Nketiah, 20, is going to have to deal with the physical demands of the Championship, but he’s got express pace and has composure in front of goal.
The pacey centre-forward offers a different type of option to Patrick Bamford and the pair are set to battle it out for a spot in Bielsa’s XI.
