Eddie Gray believes that Leeds United duo Tyler Roberts and Jack Harrison came of age in their win over West Brom on Friday night.
The Whites recorded a standout win by beating the Baggies 4-0 at Elland Road, as they played with a high intensity and thoroughly deserved maximum points.
Marcelo Bielsa’s team now firmly have their eyes on automatic promotion and are dreaming of a return to the Premier League.
Leeds legend Gray highlighted the displays of two youngsters for their mature performances.
Roberts, 20, had arguably his best game for the Yorkshire giants with two assists and the attacker was all over the park.
Winger Harrison, 22, also received huge praise, as he picked up an assist and worked tirelessly
“I think there were a couple of players in that side tonight who came of age. I thought Jack Harrison was terrific first-half. I thought Tyler Roberts the whole game with the pace he played at,” Gray told LUTV.

TBR’S View:
Both Roberts and Harrison have received their fair share of criticism at Elland Road this season, but they proved many doubters wrong by being part of a brilliant team performance against West Brom.
Roberts is still trying to fully establish his spot in the first-team, but he showed he can step up in the absence of injured star Kemar Roofe and that he has great potential.
The Wales international is going to be key in Leeds’ promotion run-in and should take big confidence from Friday night.
Meanwhile, Harrison certainly has the backing of Bielsa since joining on loan from Manchester City and is somewhat of an unsung hero.
