A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on the ticket allocation and prices for their Championship trip to Blackburn Rovers on Friday 3 April.
Marcelo Bielsa’s charges were originally scheduled to make the trip to Ewood Park on Saturday 4 April, but will now kick off at 7:45pm on Friday 3 April as Sky Sports have decided to broadcast the game.
Blackburn have announced a huge allocation of 7,700 tickets for travelling Leeds fans, with prices starting at £40 for adults, £29 for senior citizens and £25 for young adults with a £12 and £14 option for juniors.
Leeds have come under criticism on numerous occasions this season for charging visiting fans £39 for away tickets, and reaction amongst the Elland Road faithful to the Blackburn prices was mixed.
Here is some of the social media reaction from the Whites fanbase to the announcement:
Leeds are currently second in the Championship table, five points clear of third-placed Fulham and just one behind leaders West Bromwich Albion, while Blackburn are eighth, three points off the playoff places.
