Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Leeds United have completed a deal for Daniel James.
With the transfer deadline fast approaching, it looks as though the Whites have won the race for the Manchester United winger.
Speculation linking Leeds and James has intensified over the past 24 hours.

Yesterday, Romano claimed Leeds had agreed a €28million deal (£24million) plus add-ons.
Some reports emerged suggesting Everton were considering a late swoop to hijack Leeds’ potential move for James.
But this morning, Romano delivered the following update:
According to BBC Sport, Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa has been keeping a close eye on James since his move to Elland Road from Swansea collapsed in January 2019.
Indeed, James even posed with the Leeds shirt.
As per talkSPORT, “everything appeared to be in place but Swansea chiefs started to ignore texts and calls as there was a split in their boardroom over whether to sell or not.”
The 23-year-old subsequently joined Manchester United in the summer of 2019, where he has made 74 competitive appearances.
BBC Sport also reported that the Elland Road outfit was thinking about moving for James last summer as well.
However, the Whites ultimately went for Raphinha.
