A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to comment on the report claiming Spurs head coach Jose Mourinho wants to bring Emil Forsberg to North London (The Express).
The 28-year-old midfielder has impressed for the Bundesliga side this season, claiming nine goals and four assists from 24 appearances in all competitions, according to Transfermarkt.
However, Forsberg has started just 10 league games this term, and is believed to have fallen out of favour with Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann.
The Express claims that Tottenham are one of three Premier League teams in the hunt for the Sweden international’s services, along with Everton and Manchester United.
Speculation over Mourinho’s reported interest in Forsberg mounted after the player’s agent praised the Portuguese coach, in conversation with Swedish publication Expressen.

Hasan Cetinkaya said: “Mourinho is a great legend who has worked with Victor Lindelof as well.
“Together with Victor, Forsberg is the biggest star in the national team and has caused total chaos in Leipzig.
“I’m not surprised. I can say this; everyone will soon see what will happen to Emil Forsberg.”
Here is what some Tottenham fans on social media made of the speculation:
As reported by The Express, Forsberg started his career with second-tier Swedish club GIF Sundsvall, before joining Malmo in January 2013 for £270,000, and two years later was signed by Leipzig for £3million.
