Digne and Iwobi start in confirmed Everton lineup for West Ham clash

Digne and Iwobi start as Everton face West Ham.

The Toffees return to action vs West Ham today.

The last time Everton fans got to watch their side in Premier League action they drew at Old Trafford.

Since that last game, the Toffees have had to watch many of their stars feature on international duty.

However, there were a few scares during the break, with one of them coming as Lucas Digne pulled out of the France squad injured.

Fortunately, he’s passed fit for this clash, though.

He’s one of the key names to look out for with his fantastic left-foot and ability to create from defence.

Starting alongside Digne in defence is a central pairing of Ben Godfrey and Michael Keane.

Then at right-back it’s the skipper Seamus Coleman, with that four starting in front of Jordan Pickford.

In midfield, Rafa Benitez has opted for a pivot of Allan and Abdoulaye Doucoure.

Then, an attacking midfield trident of Demarai Gray, Alex Iwobi and Andros Townsend start behind Salomon Rondon.

This is Iwobi’s return to the starting lineup after he was benched at Old Trafford.

Unfortunately, though, it’s too early for both Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin to feature.

After a strong start to the season, the Toffees will be eager to get another three points on the board against West Ham.

It’s a return to Goodison Park and a return to winning ways is all the fans want.

However, it certainly won’t be an easy game for either side.
